This customer was looking to update an old sunroom so they could entertain guest after swimming all day.
Adding a new studio addition

This customer needed to add space for a studio and guest bathroom off the back of the house. A new heating system was needed also along with an unfinished great room. Plans for this renovation had to include provisions for a future garage being built next to the home with drainage from the studio going under ground through the driveway.
New Two Story Addition

The goal for this project was to take an old two story back porch and deck with a screened in bottom and create more usable space. The homeowner wanted a “tree top view” on the second floor with lots of windows, a new deck on one side and a small balcony on the other. Below was to become an new office space with a usable patio under the deck.
A new small sunroom

Our customer wanted to sit out in a new sunroom and admire her garden, enclose the entrance to the basement, and connect to the new deck. We created a 3d drawing for her to see what she was asking for. After noticing that her view from the kitchen window would be blocked by the enclosed basement walls, she decided to scale down the size of the sunroom and not include the basement enclosure. She was greatful that she could view the project before it started.
