A new small guest bath with lots of features!

This new guest bathroom was added on the second floor of an addition to the rear of the house. A small alcove area was removed to create a new guest bath within the guest bedroom. A new hallway laundry room was added just outside the guest suite. Even though this bath is small in size it is very compfortable in many ways. The skylight in the middle of the ceiling was added to give lots of natural light. A recessed light was added in the shower, and a light was also added above the vanity area. Radiant heat was added under the tile floor. “River rock” shower floor is very soft to stand on easy to keep clean. Large wall tiles were added in the shower along with an ajustable shower head. New custom glass shower doors with clear glass option makes the room feel larger. A beautiful “floating” vanity hangs on the wall which adds a modern touch. Their guest will love this bathroom!
